MOONEYES USA Tour 縺ｧ縺励◆縲

This issue, will take you to MOONEYES USA Tour.
At the right side of a picture is the machine shop. It was built in 1962.

In here, famous MOON Discs, Fuel Tank, Valve Cover, Timing Cover and MOON Cam Shaft are made. Machine is old as building. Cam is grind by hand, MOON Disc is made by hand. No computer in this primitive machine shop.

Newest office equipment is telephone. The product made in MOONEYES USA is real made in USA which is rare now days.

This building is now used as Warehouse but it is where 1st cobra was made. it was used as garage and various famous cars were born here. Such as AVS Shadow, Nissan R381 Motor, Race Cars like MOONEYES Dragster, MOONbeam and MOONliner were also maintenance at the shop.

This is the oldest building, Garage.
It's at least 50 years old as its in the picture of opening photos taken in 50's. Now is used as gallery of Hot Rod Picture by ZAP, old MOONEYES products and rare Hot Rod items. Next building was also there from opening and is used as shop. Made in USAs products are waiting to welcome all Hot Rodders and customer from all over the world.

Last is front office. Symbol the EYEBALL used to be on top of tower but now its down on the ground. By the Santa Fe Springs City Enforcement, symbol of MOON Equipment Company front office had to be renovated to current office. The original logo of MOON Equip. Co. logo is now displayed inside MOON Equipped Shop in Ebisu TOKYO.

Trying to keep as it was, taking what Dean MOON left to the next generation as is the task of MOON staff. Though it may not be practical, will continue to run business as it is. But of course we do have computers at office. Thats' it for MOONEYES USA Tour!
