クリスマス イブ

今日はクリスマス イブ、クリスマスといえば南カリフォルニアでは恒例となったイベント、MOONEYES Xmas Partyが12月10日に開催されました。

12月だというのにSothern Californiaは暖かく、カスタム カーやバイクの愛好家には最適な条件、これだけクルマ・バイクに好条件の場所は地球上でもそんなにはないでしょう。今年もStar Academyと言うシェリフ学校の駐車場を借りて開催されました。 駐車場は早い時間で一杯、入りきれなかったクルマの為、近隣のマーケットの駐車場等はカー ショー状態となり、買い物のお客様が駐車出来ないなんて事もあったようです。
遅く来た為会場内に入れなかった1台にあの有名なロドリゲスもありました。日本で作られたクルマがUSAで認められ、新しいオーナーの手に渡ったという事は2005年の素晴らしい出来事の一つだったと思います。 そのロドリゲスはニュー オーナーによって会場近くのParkingに展示されていました。
何時もHot Rodが多く紹介されるので今回は綺麗なセダン系とバイクを紹介します。
Chopされた50年くらいのFordは最高にカッコイイですね。
"Rat Fink Chopper"というHDのRat Fink チョッパーはどうでしょうか。バイクはHDが主流であることに違いありませんが、Hot Rod系のイベントでは確実にTriumphが増えています。
さて、このMOONEYES Xmas Partyが終わると南カリフォルニアにもいよいよHoliday Seasonの到来です。それでは皆様、Merry Xmas!
"Xmas Eve"
Today is Xmas Eve, Xmas reminds me about event becoming to be famous in Southern California, USA MOONEYES Xmas Party which was held on December 10th, 2005. Even though its December Southern California is warm and it must be the best place for people who love Custom car and bike with probably best environment on earth for cars and bikes. This year MOONEYES Xmas Party was held at Parking lot of sheriff school the "Star Academy" again.

Parking lot was full in early hours and cars that couldn't enter were filling up near by Super Market and other parking lot. which made surrounding parking lot look like Car Shows event and heard some people who came for shopping couldn't park their cars for a while.

The famous Japanese build "RodRiguess" was one of the car that came late and parked at surrounding parking lot.

Every time Hot Rod is introduce for this event so I will focus on beautiful sedans and bikes. Chopped 50 Ford looks really Cool.

How about Harley Davidson "Rat Fink Chopper"? Bikes are mainly Harley Davidson but in Hot Rod events surely Triumphs are increasing.

After this MOONEYES Xmas Party, Southern California will be in real Holiday season.
