Lexusの”L”





日本でLexusブランドが立ち上がって早6ヶ月、最近街でみるLexusの楕円エンブレムが やたら目立つ様な気がしてます。後部から見るLexus車の楕円エンブレムだけが印象に
残るのは今までのLexusエンブレム（ＵＳＡ）より楕円の中の”L”が太いからでしょうか？





ブランド戦略で日本のLexusだけエンブレムが違うのかと思っていましたが 日本よりLexusブランドが永いCalifornia（０５２）で、たまたま自分の車の前にLexus車がいたので検証するべく写真を撮ってみました。バーガンディーの車（０２３）は多分NEWだと思います。これに比べ
シルバーの車（０５９）の”L”の下横棒が太いような気がするのは老眼になった自分の目の錯覚でしょうか？








"L of Lexus"

Already 6months has passed by since "Lexus" brand has been released in Japan,
and recently the Lexus' oval emblem seems to stand out in street. Looking
from the back of the car the emblem stands out and remains in first impression.
May be the Lexus emblems in Japan has different letter "L"?. "L"seems wider
or should say has more thick line. May be Lexus made different emblem for
Japans' Lexsus as Brand Management. I was in California and had chance to
see if the long been US Lexus emblems is different. I took a picture of
Lexus in front of me. I think Burgandy one is new model, is letter "L" on
the silver one has more thin line? or is it just an illusion with my sight
deteriorating with my age?.
