東京 インターナショナル ギフトショー

今週は8日(金)までお台場 ビックサイト 国際展示会場で開催された「東京 インターナショナル ギフトショー」にRat Fink関連の新製品を中心に出展しました。

ギフトショーは毎年春と秋に開催され、世界中からバイヤーや出展者も参加してくる世界規模のイベントです。MOONEYESも今年で7年目くらいになるのでしょうか、毎回出展しています。
今回はRat Fink, Clay Smith, Flex The Cat and The Selected MOONEYES Itemsのコーナーを設け、それぞれ新製品を発表しました。
Rat FinkはなんといってもEd Rothの名作カー Beatnik Bandit、
そしてX'mas用には、USAピックアップに乗るRat Fink Santaをモンスター達が出迎えています。
Rat Finkがドライブするこの3台はAshtrayです。置物としても楽しめますがSmokerにはとっても必需品のAshtray。こんなのが自宅のテーブルの上にあったらいいですよね。
どれも年末位をゴールに発売開始の予定です。
その他、Rat Fink Headのライセンスボルトやシフトノブ、メタルフレークの車検証ケースなど新商品が続々です。楽しみにしていてください。今回のブログはちょっと商売ベースになってしまいましたね。
話は変わって、今USAでこんな感じのクルマ結構いますね。僕らの時代に流行ったスタイルですが、今の時代に焼き直すと結構難しいのです。 まずタイヤに選択幅が無い、MTだけではまかないきれませんね。最低L60-15位はリアに履きたいのですが、そのサイズになると一番使いたくないMTがもっともポピュラーだというのも寂しいです。トンネルラムインテークにW-ポンパー 2個、それで当時はヒーローだったのです。そう、MOTIONの"M"をかたちどったストライプ、MOTION人気ありましたね！
"Tokyo International Gift Show"
This week until 8th. Friday, Rat Fink New arrival items were displayed mainly at Tokyo International Gift Show held at Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center.

Gift Show is held every year on Spring and Fall with many visitors and vendors from all over the world and it's world wide event for buyers. MOONEYES has exhibited every year for about 7 years.

This time, new items were released from Rat Fink, Clay Smith, Flex The Cat and selected MOONEYES items, with each corners made for each items.

Rat Fink New Items are Ed Big Daddy Roth's famous had build fiberglass car called "Beatnik Bandit" and for X'mas, Rat Fink Santa on USA Pick Up is welcomed by famous monsters for cerebrating Very Merry X'mas. These Blown three cars Rat Fink drives are all ashtray. It looks fun just looking at it as figures but it's necessary item for smokers and wouldn't it be fun with ashtray like this on your table.

All items will be on sale by before X'mas. Plus, Rat Fink Head License Bolts, Shift Knobs, Metal Flake Color Memo Case and other new items are out too. Please look forward to it.

By the way, now this style Hot Rods are seen more in USA. They were hot in my days back in 70s but hard to make same style it sued to be now. First, not much choice left over on selection of tires. MT won't cover everything. I want to have Good Year Rally GT L60-15 on rear, at least, but very hard to find that kind of tires now. It was my hero back then with Tunnel Ram Intake with dual Holley W-Pumper Carbs and MOTION's "M" stripe on Camaro.
