| "Chopper Fest" I wanted to report about MOONEYES USA Xmas Party (MXP) as soon as possible but there are too many things to write and pictures to solve so this issue I like to report on "Chopper Fest" hosted at Seaside Park in California Ventura first. That day we took one of MOONEYES Staff to the LAX airport after visiting Long Beach Swap Meet in early morning and headed to "Chopper Fest" at Ventura on Ventura Highway just like that in the song. It was not big in the size but was intense contents to see as an event. This time I like to report the most interested bikes which was Triumphs. Triumphs are getting more popular in USA as I report several time before and MXP had many Triumphs too. The original ridged Triumphs are best for Chopper/ Bobber. I think Triumphs have ability for beautiful custom with simple and compact finish. This one may be a Bonneville style? There are something familiar and close to what I have mentioned on issue on a week ago about Kawasaki W650. Finally this Triumph is the best one of my choice. Paint is beautiful and has very high quality finish. The rear view has beautiful finish with is tight and narrow finish. The Triumphs are still in dirty finish in Japan but any Bike and Cars looks best with beautiful finish. This wasn't Triumphs but bike looks good in this tight and narrow finish. The event was held at right in front of the beach and there was people surfing in this cold weather. The last picture is Triumph owned by Yoshi-kun. It isn't finished yet but the parts are gathering like that. Looking forward to its finish. The front has 275-21, which is not available any more. On the next issue, I will have report on MOONEYES USA Xmas Party "Show & Drag", Which turned out to be so big that police cars came out for a help. |
