Hawaiian BBQ L&L 遂にSanta Fe SpringsにOpen！
MOON City, Santa Fe SpringsにHawaiian Barbecue L&Lが遂にOpenしました。
まだ工事中だった時は1月20日のブログで紹介しました。それから前を通る度に「まだかな」、「まだかな」と気にしながらNorwalk Blvdを走っていましたが、今日遂にOpenしていました。
Open Daily、夜は10時まで開いているそうなので仕事で遅くなっても食べる物があるのは嬉しい事です。しかも日本食ぽいハワイアンフードですから、なお嬉しいです。
今日は手始めにチキンカツMini と BBQ Short Ribs Miniをランチに取りました。
RegularサイズとMiniがあり、Miniはハーフサイズですが丁度良いボリュームです。ワンスクープのライスとマカロニサラダ、それにチキンカツが山盛り！これでトンカツソースと和カラシがあれば、とんかつ屋で食べるチキンカツと同じです。ミツワマーケットでソースとカラシを購入するため、今晩は早めに帰ります。会社の冷蔵庫に入れておけば便利です。
MOONEYES USA周辺の飲食店は25年間、僕が知っている限り隣のハンバーガー屋と少しのファストフード＆ファミリーレストランしかありません。つまりL&Lはこの町の食文化には久しぶりのNEWなんです。ラーメンが食べたければサイミンがあるし、これでランチに悩む事が減りそうです。"See you at L&L"が合言葉になりそうです。

Finally the Hawaiian Barbecue L&L has Open in MOON City, Santa Fe Springs California.
I have introduced on web on Jan 20th while it was still under construction. I have eagerly being waiting for stores to open and checked every time drove by on Norwalk Blvd but today it was already open.
Open Daily, its open until 10 pm so its good to have some where open to eat even if we stay late in office. And its Japanese food like Hawaiian.
Today as a start we had Chicken Katsu Mini and BBQ Short Ribs Mini for take out lunch.
Regular size and Mini size, Mini size is half size but its just good. One scoop rice and macaroni salad and big chicken Katsu. If there was Tonkatu sauce and Japanese mustard then its like Tonkatsuya's Chicken Katsu in lunch menu. I will go home early to drop by Mitsuwa market in Costa Mesa to buy sauce and mustard. Keep them in fridge in office and I will be set.
Around MOONEYES USA, in 25 years the food was only next door hamburger and some fast food and family restaurant. So this L&L is really new food for this town who hasn't see one in long time. If I want to eat Ramen(Noodle) now I can eat Saimin(Hawaiian Style Noodle). This helps me to choose lunch. "See you at L&L" may be the word of town.
