最近 LA で FOOD Van がはやっているそうです。

今迄は朝食や昼食を売るのがメインでそれほど美味しいと思える物は無かったのですが 最近のは 本職の料理人がやっているケースが多いと言う事です。
FOOD Vans have recently been super popular in LA. Not your basic morning or lunch wagon selling so-so food but actual cooks/chefs that do this as a main form of business.

聞いた話だと店を出したくて資金が掛かるので Food Van を購入しやっている人が多いとの事です。 Down Town LA 等にズラーとこの手の Food Van が並ぶそうです。
From what I have heard, a lot of cases are how it was too expensive to open a store so the alternative way would be to open a Food Van.

ラーメン屋を観たと言う話も聞きました。
I have even hear about Ramen shops on wheels.

夜 LA に居る事あまりありませんが暖かなったら行ってみたいです。
They post where they are using Twitter and other social media outlets letting people know where their Food Van is.
If you are out and about in LA one night and happen to be close to their location, you should check them out.
