This is a VW K70, water-cooled sedan but the shape of the upper body, from the glass up, reminds me of a Mazda Luce.
It was an unpopular model.
I actually think I like it.

The photo above is the toilet are inside the event.
One time use is .4 Euro (about $0.60) but each and every time I used it, it was super clean. When you wash your hands there was always fresh paper towels supplied. Of course, you might say that it's natural since you have to pay but it's not too much and it sure makes a difference.
I wonder if this concept would work in Japan?
However, as you can see in the center, that's the Men's standing urinals.
Around the perimeter are Women/Men toilets and although I didn't use the standing urinals it seemed that the general public had no problem using them.
